- Once the stay at home order is lifted we will begin organizing days for students to get them

- Some rings were delivered on May 13; many have not been produced due to the factory being closed because of COVID-19

- We know many of you have personal items in lockers at AHS

- Michigan independent colleges and universities to host virtual college fair May 26–28, 2020
- Students will soon have the opportunity to participate in a virtual college fair and learn more about Michigan independent colleges and universities. The college fair will be hosted through College Fairs Online and take place during the following dates and times:
- May 26, 11 a.m.–2 p.m.
- May 27, 2–5 p.m.
- May 28, 5–7 p.m.

- Students will soon have the opportunity to participate in a virtual college fair and learn more about Michigan independent colleges and universities. The college fair will be hosted through College Fairs Online and take place during the following dates and times:
SENIOR ITEMS:
MAY 13-MAY 31: Senior Photo Recognition on M-32 Billboard
- Beginning on May 13 slides will begin to rotate on the digital billboard on M-32 in front of McDonald's
- The slides will rotate by alphabet on opposite days, beginning with A-L on May 13 and M-Z on May 14
- Each slide will have four students
- Please make sure Mrs Vought has been notified of any Scholarship you have been awarded

- The lights will be on at Wildcat Stadium to salute the class of 2020!
- The Senior Graduation slideshow will be scrolling on the scoreboard
- We will be broadcasting live on Facebook Live on the Alpena High School Facebook Page
- The gates will be closed to the parking lot and we ask that you do not attempt to gather in the surrounding areas to the Stadium to respect Social Distancing
- 107.7 TheBay will be broadcasting special programming, including special farewell messages from AHS staff
- WBKB will be streaming the event live on air
- Streaming devices available at AHS if student does not have internet service at home; need a device to stream the virtual commencement ceremony at AHS please call 358-5120

- Students will drive through the stadium on the track to get their Diploma and Diploma cover
- We will be organizing this by alphabet
- Once each student enters the stadium their name will be broadcasted over the loudspeaker and their image displayed on the scoreboard
